You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects that are commercial in nature (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, online marketing, etc.) unless otherwise discussed for commercial rights.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

Commercial use must be discussed with me. Art for commercial use is priced differently and higher to cover commercial fees (usually x2 or x3 depending on the scale of the project). Examples:

2x price: Commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, digital CD cover, emotes, etc). It includes YouTube/Twitch/Streamer/Vtuber-PNGtuber assets (banner, avatar, using art in videos), Patreon and any ad-supported sites.

3x price: Commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)When using my art in commercial projects, credit is still necessary.

You lose the rights to a refund after you have approved the sketch.

Turn-around time starts once the commission is on the "WIP" stage.

While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!

The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work. Normally there's only 3 reviews(6 if we count the sketch approval stage), in some cases there will be none.

During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies depending on the commissions, but it can go from 1-3 days to 3 months in some cases.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know inmediately.

Once the piece is finished and full payment has been made, you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.

Normally, you get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the base price. These 3 revisions are apart from the sketch approval stage. The "sketch approval" stage also has 3 extra rounds of changes/revisions.

If the piece ordered is too complicated or big it will probably come with more chances of revisions.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

References and notes: Visual references required and any additional info. Also tell me if you have a pose/expression in mind or leave it up to me.

Extra: Include if you want commercial rights for youtube/twitch etc, if I can or not publish it on my networks and anything else important, fees for NDAs are to be discussed!

You must have the references ready or I will not accept your commission. Clear references are necessary, if clear references aren't given, I will charge for the design of the character.

When I send you the first sketch, you'll have the chance to make changes. Once approved I will only continue when 100% of the payment is made. Payment plans also can be discussed! (for example, paying 50% of the price at the beginning so I can start with the commission and 50% when the final delivery is made)

Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
